Conversational Spanish I

¿Habla español? Our beginning level Spanish course introduces students to the basic concepts of the language while focusing on Spanish as a part of everyday life. Topics include common greetings, asking for and giving personal information, basic vocabulary for travelers, colors and numbers, and the fundamentals of pronunciation. Students will learn to hold a basic conversation after this course on the topics that were covered in class. This class meets for eight weeks for 90 minutes per class.

Conversational Spanish II

This course is a continuation of Conversational Spanish I or an entry level class for students who have previously studied Spanish. In this course the basics of Spanish grammar are introduced, but most emphasis is placed on listening comprehension and vocabulary building. Students gain greater confidence in using Spanish in everyday situations.

Intensive Conversational Spanish I

Do you need to learn basic Spanish as quickly as possible? Just like our Conversational Spanish I class, this course will prepare you for basic conversation while also introducing aspects of Spanish life and culture. Topics include greetings, vocabulary for travelers, numbers and much more. However, this course meets twice a week for 90 minutes each class. By meeting twice per week, this class finishes in less than half the time of our regular conversational class.

Intensive Conversational Spanish II

Designed for students who already know the basics and want to improve their Spanish quickly, this class provides the same advancement as Conversational Spanish II in only three weeks. Enroll in Intensive Conversational Spanish I & Intensive Conversational Spanish II in the same session to cover two levels in just eight weeks!

Spanish for Travelers

Make the most of your next trip! This fun and entertaining four-week course gives you basic Spanish phrases without having to learn any of the grammar. You’ll learn basic greetings, numbers, how to ask for directions, answer basic questions, and, of course, order your favorite meal in a restaurant or bar! The final class is held at an authentic Spanish restaurant to give you more practice ordering. Don't leave without taking this course.

Intermediate Spanish

If you have a basic knowledge of Spanish grammar, but need to brush up on your skills and want to break out of basic Spanish, then our intermediate level course is for you! This class builds on the basics of Spanish grammar, including all verb tenses, the basics of the Spanish subjunctive and object pronouns. Students enrolled in this course improve their conversational skills while learning proper Spanish grammar.

Advanced Spanish Conversation

Just looking to keep your Spanish skills sharp? If you have studied Spanish for sometime and already have a good grasp of grammar and a strong vocabulary, this class is for you. Students in our Advanced Conversation class improve their speaking and listening skills through an entirely conversation-based program with a native instructor, while discussing current events and culture in the Spanish-speaking world.

Intensive Weekend

Learn the Spanish basics with 8 hours of instruction, including lunch. Our approach is conversational in nature, with grammar reinforced through continuous conversation and application. Various multimedia sources are used to reinforce retention of vocabulary and grammar. The goal is to surround you in Spanish to the greatest degree possible.

Spanish for the Family

Children ages 3-5 and their families will enjoy this course. Parents, grandparents or guardians join their children in our colorful classroom to learn Spanish words and phrases that they can use at home, too! Conversation, games and hands-on activities makes this a fun and educational session for the whole family. Each session is one hour long.

Spanish Explorers

This introductory level course in Spanish is designed for children ages 6-10. Students learn basic everyday phrases and vocabulary to establish a basis for future learning. This course combines conversation, reading, and hands-on activities with multimedia teaching techniques such as music and video. Each session is two hours long.
