Please fill out one registration form for each child who will be attending Spanish for the Family.

 

You can also register at our office during regular business hours or via phone at 317-566-8200.

 

Registration deadlines are 1 week prior to the first class meeting.

All sessions are held at our Carmel location at 11495 N. Pennsylvania Street.

The entire course fee must be paid prior to the first day of class. 

After you register, you will receive an invoice from our Accounting Department. 

This may be paid in person at either of our offices, by mail, or over the phone. 

 

You will also need to sign our permission and waiver form before

 your child can participate in our classes.

 

Each session must reach a minimum enrollment of 4 children.

Sessions which do not reach this minimum may be cancelled.

All payments will be refunded for cancelled sessions.

 

Please note that Indy Foreign Language Academy

will be closed May 26, July 4, 2008 and September 1, 2008.
